Returns and exchange policy
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “thank you!”. The first thing that makes us happy is satisfied customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience. That said, here are some things you might want to know.
In case you are not satisfied with our product, we can refund the amount of money that you have paid, when you return it to us in its original condition within 7 business days of receipt. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-orders. Please also note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. You may exchange faulty items, items for a different size, or for a similar item that satisfies you. However all exchanges are based on stock availability.Please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the reasons you are not satisfied so we can replace your item. We will give you information about products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. The item should be returned within 7 business days in their original packaging and the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
