Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 7 working days of confirmation of your order.Keep in mind that we produce your goods after your order is confirmed so we need 3-5 days.

We apologise and would like to make it up to you. Please call us as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will then provided you with a pre-paid shipping label and returns authorisation form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
